We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team at ibex. Pakistan! As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle while working alongside experienced recruiters in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do:
✅ Screen and shortlist candidates
✅ Conduct initial interviews and assessments
✅ Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
✅ Maintain recruitment records and trackers
✅ Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations
What We're Looking For:
✔ Bachelor's degree (completed)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Eagerness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition
✔ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Location: Karachi
Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
