Position: Surveillance & E-Commerce Supervisor
Location: Multan
Company: Freshco Sweets & Bakers
Responsibilities:
-Monitor CCTV surveillance systems to ensure security of premises, staff, and customers.
-Supervise the surveillance team and ensure round-the-clock vigilance.
-Report suspicious activities, theft, or security breaches to management immediately.
-Maintain logs and prepare daily/weekly security reports.
-Ensure CCTV equipment is fully operational and coordinate maintenance when required.
Oversee e-commerce activities, including:
-Monitoring online orders and coordinating with the dispatch team.
-Ensuring smooth handling of customer complaints and order tracking.
-Supporting management in improving online sales operations.
-Work closely with branch managers to enforce security and e-commerce protocols.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree (relevant certifications preferred).
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in surveillance/security operations and exposure to e-commerce platforms.
-Strong observation, reporting, and coordination skills.
-Ability to lead a team and handle both security and e-commerce tasks efficiently.
