ā Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
Onboard new retail CFD clients acquired through marketing and partner channelsĀ
Build trusted relationships with clients through regular engagement and check-insĀ
Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and risk management toolsĀ
Drive client activation, deposits, and trading volumesĀ
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product offeringsĀ
Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs including deposits, active clients, and revenue targetsĀ
Coordinate with back-office and compliance for client verification and account queriesĀ
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM systemĀ
Provide market updates and trading ideas to clients in UrduĀ
ā RequirementsĀ
1ā2 years of sales or account management experience in forex/CFD or financial servicesĀ
Native or fluent Urdu speaker,Pashto; English proficiency requiredĀ
Basic understanding of CFD products, forex, and financial marketsĀ
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsĀ
Target-driven mindset with hunger to learn and growĀ
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeĀ
ā Preferred QualificationsĀ
Experience with MT4/MT5 platformsĀ
