We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team; someone eager to learn, experiment, and grow alongside a team that genuinely loves what it does. ๐ซย
Location: Lahore
๐ผ ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎ'๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐จ:
โ Plan, build & execute email campaigns that drive real engagement
โ Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics & data
โ Build automated workflows & nurture campaigns
โ Run A/B tests on subject lines, content & send times
โ Track performance (opens, CTRs, conversions) & share insights
โ Maintain CRM hygiene & uphold GDPR / CAN-SPAM compliance
๐ฏ ๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐'๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ซ:
๐ Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
๐ 1 year of experience (or strong interest in email/digital marketing)
๐ ๏ธ Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Salesforce
๐ Basic understanding of segmentation, automation & analytics
โ๏ธ Strong written communication & keen attention to detail
โญ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ฏ๐:
โ Knowledge of email deliverability tools (ZeroBounce, NeverBounce)
โ Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting
โ Interest in B2B, SaaS, or data-driven marketing
โ Awareness of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication
