Join our team to empower customer support, optimize tools like Zendesk, and drive operational excellence. Youโll manage SOPs, analyze support trends, deliver training workshops, and enable teams to perform at their best.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎโ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐จ:
๐นAdminister and optimize Zendesk & support tools.
๐นMaintain SOPs, documentation, and compliance.
๐นAnalyze support data to improve performance.
๐นDeliver onboarding & training for support staff.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐โ๐ซ๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐ ๐
๐จ๐ซ;
๐น5+ years in support operations/enablement/training.
๐นStrong experience with Zendesk or similar tools.
๐นSkilled in documentation, analysis, and facilitation.
๐นSaaS/CRM and global team experience is a plus.
