๐Ÿ”นAdminister and optimize Zendesk & support tools.
๐Ÿ”นMaintain SOPs, documentation, and compliance.
๐Ÿ”นAnalyze support data to improve performance.
๐Ÿ”นDeliver onboarding & training for support staff.

๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐–๐žโ€™๐ซ๐ž ๐‹๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐…๐จ๐ซ;
๐Ÿ”น5+ years in support operations/enablement/training.
๐Ÿ”นStrong experience with Zendesk or similar tools.
๐Ÿ”นSkilled in documentation, analysis, and facilitation.
๐Ÿ”นSaaS/CRM and global team experience is a plus.
