#Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and monitoring inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Prepare purchase orders, GRNs, and related documentation in SAP B1 (or ERP system).
- Track shipments and handle logistics coordination to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in demand forecasting and procurement planning.
- Communicate with internal departments (finance operations, stores) for smooth workflow.
- Handle daily correspondence with suppliers regarding lead times, shortages, and quality issues.
- Assist in cost control initiatives and supplier performance evaluations.
# Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in SAP B1, MS Excel, and other ERP tools.
- Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
