Supply Chain Analyst

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Supply Chain Analyst - Customer Receivable

Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will be responsible for managing receivables, maintaining supply chain records, and preparing analytical reports using Excel at Head Office, Karachi. The candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to work closely with finance, sales, and logistics teams.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, receivables management, or logistics coordination.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Monitor and manage customer receivables.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers & the sales team for overdue balances.

- Maintain a comprehensive record of collections, commitments & outstanding receivables.

- Coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payment collection.

- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile receivable balances with customers and ensure financial accuracy.

- Enforce and monitor credit limits & payment terms in line with company policy.

- Resolve disputes, debit/credit note issue, or unmatched transaction promptly.

- Ensure proper documentation and record management for all supply chain and receivable-related transactions.

- Sent invoices to customer and arrange income tax challans from customers.

- Make in house conversion report to maintain customer yarn balances.
