OZI Publishing urgently hiring for the following roles
1️⃣ Data Architect Engineer
•Develop business/technology use cases (BI, predictive, GenAI, agentic AI) with use-case cards.
• 5 -7+ years as a data/solution architect, ideally in utilities or asset-heavy sectors• Strong grasp of modern data platforms, integration, and analytics/AI toolchains.
2️⃣ Data Culture and Change Enablement Lead
• Run SFIA-aligned data literacy assessments and define data personas
• Design learning paths (online, in-person, hybrid) and the data culture framework
• Build the organizational capability integration plan (HR/TQC alignment)
• Develop the 3-year communication and awareness plan
• 6+ years in L&D, change management or data literacy programs
3️⃣ Data Strategy & Governance Consultant
• Define data strategy, vision and SMART objectives aligned to national/corporate strategy
• Design governance operating model, charters and the Data Governance Policy
• Define KPIs and compliance reporting mechanisms
• 8+ years in data governance/strategy consulting, ideally utilities or public sector
• Hands-on experience building governance frameworks and policies (DAMA-DMBOK or similar)

2. Candidate should be willing to relocate to Qatar for contractual period if required (visa will be provided and expenses will be covered by company.
