We’re Hiring | Ticketing Assistant
Flair Travel & Holidays is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ticketing Assistant to join our team in Islamabad.
Fresh candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Handle ticket bookings, reservations, changes, and cancellations.
Assist customers with ticketing and travel-related inquiries.
Check ticket availability, fares, and travel schedules.
Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
Coordinate with relevant departments and external partners.
Respond to customer queries professionally and provide timely assistance.
Update and maintain records in SAP/CRM systems, where applicable.
Prepare daily reports and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Knowledge of SAP/CRM will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and work effectively as part of a team.
Location
Candidates based in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad will be preferred.
