Location: Faisalabad
Chawla Milk Processing is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of General Store, Recipe Store, and Packing Store with proper inventory control.
Ensure timely issuance of raw materials and packing materials against approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock records, GRNs, inventory transactions, and system updates.
Conduct stock verification, reconciliation, and support internal/external audits.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor stock levels, raise material demands, and ensure timely availability of inventory.
Identify shortages, damages, discrepancies, and improve inventory management processes.
Requirements:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain / Management or relevant field preferred)
💼 Experience: 2–4 years in Store / Inventory Management (FMCG / Dairy industry preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of inventory control & documentation
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
