Xper2Go Pvt. Ltd., a growing technology-driven service provider supporting the hospitality industry in the U.S., is looking for Sr. Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for catering to the majority of help-desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with clients to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, and support hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and system operations
- Monitor automated jobs and perform troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted system functionality.
- Provide reliable and high-quality technical support while maintaining strong service standards and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
✅ Excellent understanding of security applications.
✅ Hands on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RMM.
✅ Preferred certifications (MCITP \ O365 Administrator \ CCNA \ MCSE).
✅ Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
✅ Experience with Microsoft Office 365
✅ Experienced with Backup Solutions Technologies.
✅ Excellent understanding of Network, Desktop and Applications.
