🔹 Qualification:

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Graduation

7–8 years in knitwear production & 5+ years in leadership

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

 ✔ Manage planning, capacity & efficiency

 ✔ Ensure quality control & minimize wastage

 ✔ Coordinate with PPC, QA & Merchandising

 ✔ Drive cost reduction & process improvement

 ✔ Lead production teams to achieve delivery targets
