🔹 Qualification:

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or equivalent

7–8 years of experience in knitwear cutting quality

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

 ✔ Monitor cutting accuracy & prevent defects

 ✔ Ensure fabric inspection & shrinkage control

 ✔ Train teams & coordinate with departments

 ✔ Implement quality systems to meet buyer standards

 ✔ Lead and manage cutting quality operations
