🚀 We’re Hiring: Solution Architect Lead

📍 Remote – Pakistan (Working Hours: U.S. EST or CT)

Are you a problem-solver with strong communication, technical skills, and leadership skills?
We’re seeking a Solution Architect with a Software Engineering background, coupled with a strong understanding of designing end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced global enviroment.

As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a critical role not only in coding but also in project discovery, scoping, high-level architecture, product design, analysis, and client success management. You’ll collaborate with global teams and lead technical discussions to ensure project excellence.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Exposure to CRM platforms such as SFDC, Service Now, and others
Solution Design and development with the highest quality
Client-facing discussions and solution walk-throughs
Participate in project discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements
Define project scope and technical feasibility in collaboration with stakeholders
Generate high-level architecture and system design for scalable applications
Conduct product analysis and design for new features and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
Work closely with clients for success management and post-deployment support
Monitor performance, resolve issues, and continuously optimize solutions

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development
Understanding of at least one modern tech stack (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring, .NET, etc.)
Proven ability to design scalable enterprise designs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience with Git, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and agile project management tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

⭐ Prior experience in leading teams and defining technical strategies
⭐ Strong knowledge of project scoping and discovery methodologies
⭐ Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, and collaboration platforms
⭐ Familiarity with pre-sales processes and platforms.
⭐ Exposure to client-facing roles or client success management
⭐ Experience working in remote, cross-cultural teams
