Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute functional, non-functional, and performance test cases.

Review software requirements and ensure complete test coverage.

Prepare and maintain software test plans, test cases, and test documentation.

Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using issue-tracking tools.

Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive test reports.

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project teams to resolve software issues.

Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results.

Participate in software reviews, quality assurance activities, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate documentation throughout the software testing lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.

Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of functional, non-functional, and performance testing.

Knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, and test case design.

Basic understanding of programming languages.

Familiarity with requirements engineering and requirements traceability.

Experience with defect/issue tracking tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
