We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented SQA Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality through structured testing, automation, and process improvements. 🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute test strategies (functional, regression, performance, security) aligned with business goals.
- Perform manual and automated testing across platforms; identify, document, and resolve defects.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts; optimize automation frameworks and adopt new tools.
- Prepare test reports, defect metrics, and insights for stakeholders.
Mentor junior QA engineers, participate in design/code reviews, and advocate for quality throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies to integrate QA processes and drive continuous improvement.

🌟 Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in SQA (2+ in senior/lead role), with strong expertise in manual & automated testing.
- Tools/Skills: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, SoapUI, Python/Java, Agile, CI/CD (Jenkins).
- Core Abilities: Strong QA methodologies knowledge, analytical/problem-solving skills, debugging, and excellent communication.
- Preferred: Experience with JMeter, AWS/Azure, and security testing.
