𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Software Engineer – AI/ML
📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Pakistan (Remote)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. You will design, develop, and deploy ML models to solve complex business problems, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable, impactful solutions.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Build and deploy end-to-end ML solutions, from data preprocessing to production.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
3. Experiment with algorithms to optimize performance and accuracy.
4. Develop scalable ML pipelines for large datasets.
5. Integrate models into production systems ensuring reliability and scalability.
6. Validate models and ensure robustness in real-world use cases.
7. Stay updated on the latest ML research and tools.
8. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Engineering, Math, or related field.
2. Proven experience in deploying ML models in production.
3. Strong programming skills (Python, R, or Scala) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
4. Solid grasp of ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised, deep learning, reinforcement learning).
5. Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark), SQL, and databases is a plus.
6. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝:
1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
2. Familiarity with DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
