Social Media Marketer

📢 Position: Social Media Marketer

⏱️ Timings: 9 AM - 5 PM (PKT)

 📍 Work Mode: Remote, Full-time

The Maddex is looking for a Social Media Marketer who understands the full social media lifecycle from strategy and content planning to publishing, community management, analytics, and optimization. This isn't a role for someone who simply schedules posts. We're looking for someone who knows how each platform works and can adapt content to maximize engagement and performance.

What You'll Do:

1. Manage social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest (where applicable).

2. Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with business goals.

3. Plan, schedule, and publish platform-specific content, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, shorts, and videos.

4. Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs, and social copy tailored to each platform.

5. Research trends, hashtags, formats, and content opportunities.

6. Repurpose existing content into engaging platform-specific assets.

7. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters by providing clear creative briefs.

8. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community engagement while escalating customer concerns when required.

9. Track competitor activity and stay updated on platform features, algorithms, and best practices.

10. Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

11. Coordinate with the paid media team on creatives and campaign requirements when needed.

What We're Looking For:

1. 2+ years of hands-on social media marketing experience.

2. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their publishing requirements.

3. Experience creating and managing content calendars.

4. Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

5. Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media metrics.

6. Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously.

7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

8. Good understanding of branding and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Social media scheduling platforms

Google Analytics

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is a plus

We're looking for someone who can take a business objective and turn it into an effective social media strategy from planning and publishing to analyzing performance and continuously improving results.

You should understand that content needs to be adapted for each platform not simply cross-posted everywhere.
