We are looking for a social media manager to handle and grow our brand’s online presence on a commission-based structure, not a fixed monthly salary. If you’re confident you can deliver measurable results and generate sales, we’d love to work with you.

✨ Scope of Work

- Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

- Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories, ad creatives)

- Grow followers and engagement

- Run and optimize basic paid campaigns (if needed)

- Generate sales, leads, and brand visibility

💰 Compensation Model (Commission-Only)

- No fixed monthly salary

- You earn a percentage on every sale or lead generated through your efforts

- Transparent tracking and reporting

- Can move to a base + commission model after strong performance
