Our platform offers 850+ workouts, personalized coaching, and a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition. We’re on a mission to help people build healthier, stronger, and longer lives.

We’re looking for a creative, influencer-savvy Social Media Manager to take our brand presence to the next level—driving downloads, community engagement, and global awareness.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 & 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

* Develop and execute creative content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

* Maintain a consistent voice and style aligned with our brand identity.

* Plan campaigns that directly drive app downloads and user growth.

* 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀

* Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with fitness, wellness, and lifestyle influencers.

* Brief influencers clearly on campaign goals, deliverables, and brand values.

* Track ROI and performance of influencer collaborations.

* 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

* Generate fresh, bold ideas for campaigns, reels, stories, and community challenges.

* Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-quality visual assets.

* Stay updated on trends and translate them into opportunities for our brand.

* 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

* Manage interactions with followers, fitness enthusiasts, and influencer communities.

* Grow and nurture a passionate global audience for MyFitnessCoach.fit.

* Monitor feedback to inform future campaigns and product positioning.

* 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

* Track KPIs like downloads, engagement, conversion rates, and content reach.

* Provide insights to leadership on what’s working and what to optimize.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

* Proven experience of minimum 2 years in managing social media accounts for fitness, lifestyle, or tech brands.

* Strong understanding of influencer marketing and negotiation.

* Creative mindset with a pulse on social trends, meme culture, and storytelling.

* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

* Ability to transform marketing goals into actionable, fun, and viral content ideas.

* Data-driven approach to measure campaign success.
