About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced SEO Link Building Specialist with a proven track record in HARO outreach, high-quality backlink acquisition, and authority link partnerships. This role will focus on boosting our domain authority, organic rankings, and brand visibility through ethical and strategic link building.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute white-hat link building strategies with a primary focus on HARO (Help A Reporter Out) pitches.
Identify and secure backlinks from high-authority domains (DA 50+) through outreach, partnerships, and placements.
Research and target websites for guest posting, niche edits, and editorial mentions.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, editors, and webmasters.
Manage and track backlink performance, monitor for spammy or broken links, and provide weekly reports.
Collaborate with content teams to create link-worthy assets and optimize content for off-page SEO.
Stay up to date with Google’s link building guidelines and industry trends.
Negotiate and manage paid link placements ethically and transparently.

Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience in link building with a focus on HARO and editorial outreach.
Strong understanding of SEO metrics (DA, DR, Trust Flow, etc.) and backlink quality indicators.
Hands-on experience using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Featured, Pitchbox, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting pitches and outreach emails.
Ability to independently manage campaigns and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google guidelines for link building.

Preferred Skills:

Experience acquiring backlinks in competitive niches.
Existing network of journalists or media contacts is a plus.
Understanding of content marketing and digital PR.
