Komatsu Pakistan Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Lead with a strong background in software development and excellent communication skills to guide our team and coordinate projects effectively.
The ideal candidate will:
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of projects
- Foster collaboration and high performance across teams
- Bring strong hands-on development expertise with proven skills in system architecture, solution design, and technical leadership
While this role requires the ability to contribute technically, its primary focus will be on leading discussions around architecture, providing technical direction, and ensuring alignment between teams and stakeholders.
