What You’ll Need to Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years in brand strategy, IMC, or communications (agency experience preferred)
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong expertise in campaign development, brand positioning, and storytelling
- Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, social listening platforms)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the strategy game – from insights to campaign blueprints
- Act as a trusted advisor in client discussions and decode briefs with clarity
- Build integrated marketing plans across platforms
- Craft messaging that connects, converts, and sticks
- Mentor and guide a team of young strategists
- Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns for impact
- Deliver presentations and insights that leave a mark
