Senior Manager Warehouse & Logistics

Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven supply chain professional to lead warehouse and logistics operations across the North region. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless distribution, transportation optimization, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple warehouse locations.

Location: Lahore

Qualification & Experience

·      Bachelor's / Master's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management.

·      10–12 years of relevant experience in Warehouse & Logistics Management.

·      Strong expertise in multi-site warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain optimization.

·      Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (MM, SD & LE Modules).

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, dispatch, and stock accuracy across multiple warehouse locations.

·      Oversee logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely product distribution while optimizing freight and warehousing costs.

·      Drive warehouse productivity, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

·      Ensure compliance with FEFO, GMP, HSE standards, quality requirements, and company SOPs.

·      Manage inventory governance through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, audit compliance, and documentation accuracy.

·      Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs and implement corrective actions.

·      Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and 3PL partners.

·      Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse and logistics teams while managing 3PL providers.
