๐ ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Chartered Accountant
โ๏ธ ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: 4โ5 years post-articleship experience, including industry exposure in a manufacturing setup (preferably a listed company)
โ ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
ย โข Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring compliance with best corporate reporting practices.
ย โข Oversee financial management and reporting of IILโs wholly owned subsidiaries in line with regulatory standards, while establishing performance management measures.
ย โข Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with ESG objectives.
ย โข Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to evaluate and enhance business performance.

ย โข Financial Reporting & Consolidation
