𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Manager – Financial Reporting to lead the preparation, analysis, and management of the company’s financial statements and statutory reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with accounting standards, support audits, manage Provident Fund operations, oversee budgeting activities, and handle daily
financial reporting functions.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Financial Reporting: Lead the accurate and timely preparation of annual and monthly financial statements in compliance with IFRS and other applicable standards.
Budgeting & Projections: Prepare periodical cash flow projections for effective cash flow management and assist in compiling the annual budget by coordinating with departments and incorporating key assumptions for various accounting heads
Fixed Assets Management: Oversee the acquisition, disposal, and maintenance of the fixed assets register, ensuring complete and up-to-date records.
Regulatory Filing: Prepare applications and required documentation for updating the company’s profile on relevant regulatory portals (e.g., FBR/SRB).
Provident Fund Management: Oversee end-to-end Provident Fund operations, including preparing monthly accounts, processing settlements, withdrawals, and investments, confirming balances for advances and final settlements, preparing related documentation, and coordinating annual audits.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with auditors, banks, share registrars, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and resolve queries promptly.
Board Support: Supervise the preparation and dispatch of notices for board meetings and ensure related documentation is managed accurately.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
CA Finalist/Qualified, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent with a solid background in
accounting and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, Provident Fund regulations, and corporate accounting practices.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and statutory compliance.
