Senior HR Recruiter (Remote – Full Time)
Company: International Franchise Business Consultant Corp (IFBC. co)
Location: Remote
Work Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM (Pakistan Time) | 6 AM – 3 PM (California Time)
Days: Monday – Saturday
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Recruiter with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and headhunting through platforms like LinkedIn and other recruitment tools. The ideal candidate must have 4+ years of professional recruitment experience and expertise in hiring across different roles and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to attract top talent.
Develop recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals within deadlines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4+ years of recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work US hours (6 PM – 3 AM Pakistan Time).
