Arthur Lawrence Pakistan is looking for a Senior HR executive for its internal team in Karachi.
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align job requirements with organizational goals and maintain a qualified candidate pipeline.
- Utilize sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job portals) to identify technology professionals for client needs.
- Design job postings, leverage networks, and use recruitment tools to source candidates.
- Oversee reference checks, prepare employment offers, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Support employee relations, compliance, offboarding, and act as a liaison for HR operations, payroll, and related matters.
Requirements & Details:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR ops in a BPO
- Bachelor's in Business Administration / Public Relations / Psychology.
- Comfortable to work in shift timings: 3pm - 12am & 6pm - 3am (Not rotational, will be decided accordingly)
