KLIX Technologies is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior GC Estimator to join our team. If you have a strong background in construction estimation and project bidding, we’d love to meet you!
💼 Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
•Analyze project plans, specifications, and proposals
•Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
•Negotiate and communicate with vendors and subcontractors
•Ensure bids are competitive and meet company profitability targets
📌 Requirements:
•Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a GC Estimator (international or local)
•Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost structures
•Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office
•Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
