Naveena Group is Hiring – Senior Executive Utilities
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain utility operations including boilers, air compressors, chillers, generators, HVAC, water supply, and effluent treatment systems.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to production departments.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost optimization.
Maintain utility logs, operational records, and daily performance reports.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for repairs and service activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
Assist in utility-related projects, equipment installations, and process improvements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
4–6 years of relevant experience in utilities within the textile or manufacturing industry.
Sound knowledge of boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC systems, generators, water treatment, and utility distribution systems.
