📌 What You’ll Do:

👉 Own full-funnel email campaigns (cold, nurture, onboarding, win-back, loyalty).
👉 Design & optimize targeted drip flows across customer journeys.
👉 Segment lists and craft compelling, personalized email content.
👉 Ensure top-tier deliverability with SPF/DKIM/DMARC/MX management.
👉 Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, send times & segments.
👉 Monitor metrics (opens, CTRs, bounces, unsubscribes, conversions) and iterate.
👉 Build automated workflows using our CRM/email platforms.
👉 Ensure compliance with CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, and other regulations.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

👉 5+ years in email marketing (preferably in tech/SaaS).
👉 Expertise in drip campaigns & marketing automation.
👉 Strong background in cold B2B outreach and lead gen.
👉 Deep technical knowledge of deliverability.
👉 Hands-on experience with tools like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot.
👉 Excellent copywriting, segmentation, data analysis and testing skills.
👉 Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple campaigns.

🚀 Bonus points: healthcare/pharma experience, HTML/CSS skills, API integrations
