Domino's Pakistan is hiring | General Manager - Finance / Financial Controller

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi – Head Office

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

-Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning and management reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and key KPIs.

-Partner with senior leadership on business performance, growth plans and commercial decisions, translating financial insights into actionable recommendations.

-Drive performance reviews across sales, margins, food and labour costs, operating expenses and store level profitability.

-Lead treasury, cash flow, working capital, liquidity planning and banking relationships.

-Evaluate CAPEX, new store investments and expansion proposals through financial modelling and investment appraisal.

-Strengthen financial governance, policies and internal controls across procurement, payments, inventory, revenue and cash management.

-Oversee taxation, statutory and regulatory compliance, and internal/external audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.

-Assess the profitability of sales channels, aggregator partnerships, promotions and other commercial initiatives while driving cost optimization.

-Improve finance systems, reporting and processes through SAP S/4HANA, automation and stronger data integrity.

-Lead and develop the finance team, building capability, accountability and a strong business-partnering culture.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

-CA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent recognized professional qualification.

-Minimum 12 years of relevant finance experience, including leadership of a finance function or major finance portfolio.

-Experience in QSR, retail, FMCG, hospitality or another multi-location consumer business is strongly preferred.

-Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, taxation, treasury, controls, cash flow, working capital and commercial finance.

-Strong understanding of multi-site operations, inventory controls, cost management and unit-level profitability.

-Hands on experience with SAP S/4HANA, financial reporting and process improvement.

-Strong analytical and commercial judgment with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and turn financial data into practical business decisions.

-Proven experience in leading and developing finance teams.
