Senior Call Center Sales Agent (Remote – Full Time)

Work Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM (Pakistan Time) | 6 AM – 3 PM (California Time)
Days: Monday – Saturday

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Call Center Sales Agent with a strong background in international sales and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years of proven experience in call center sales, a neutral or American accent, and the ability to close deals with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound/inbound sales calls to generate leads and convert them into customers.
Demonstrate excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships by delivering a professional and engaging experience.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM tools.
Mentor junior agents and contribute to building a high-performing sales team.
Continuously improve sales techniques to maximize results.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of international call center sales experience.
Fluent English with a clear American or neutral accent (mandatory).
Strong closing skills and proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems, sales funnels, and pipeline management.
Ability to work US hours (6 PM – 3 AM Pakistan Time).
