We're looking for a Senior Backend / ML Engineer to help us build and scale a production-grade platform powering computer vision and machine learning analytics.

This role sits at the intersection of backend engineering, ML infrastructure, and computer vision orchestration. You'll be responsible for building reliable APIs, operating long-running AI workloads, managing model lifecycles, and ensuring production CV/ML pipelines run efficiently and reliably.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻:

✅ Designing and scaling Python-based REST APIs using FastAPI

✅ Building asynchronous media upload and analysis pipelines

✅ Orchestrating multiple CV/ML modules across isolated environments

✅ Managing subprocess execution, retries, timeouts, and recovery mechanisms

✅ Integrating vision model outputs into scoring and analytics engines

✅ Managing PostgreSQL schemas and migrations

✅ Improving observability, reliability, and test coverage

✅ Integrating LLM-powered insights and third-party services

𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻:

• Python backend development

• FastAPI, Django, or Flask

• PostgreSQL and database migrations

• Asynchronous processing and background jobs

• Production ML/CV inference pipelines

• PyTorch and/or TensorFlow

• OpenCV, NumPy, SciPy, and image/video processing

• Cloud services, object storage, and third-party integrations

• Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practices

We are specifically looking for engineers who have experience deploying, operating, and scaling ML or computer vision systems in production environments.
