🚀 We’re Hiring – Senior Backend Engineer (Java / GenAI / Agentic AI)
We’re seeking a strong Java backend engineer who can vibe code — build quick, functional prototypes and scale them into production-ready services.
You should be:
- Rock solid in Java Spring Boot with working skills in Python & Node.js
- Skilled in designing APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures that perform at scale
- Comfortable switching between rapid prototyping and clean, maintainable code
- Hands-on with cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), containers (Docker / K8s), and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong in SQL, NoSQL, caching, and performance tuning
- Capable of integrating AI agents into backend workflows and orchestrating multi-agent systems — a big plus
- Experienced (or curious) with Generative AI, agentic AI architectures, LangChain / LangGraph, and vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone, etc.) — a big plus
Collaborative, curious, and able to turn ideas into working code fast
