📢 Urgent Position: Senior Associate - UI/UX Designer

 📍 Work Mode: Remote, Full-time

Role Overview:

At The Maddex, we're looking for a creative and strategic Senior UI/UX Designer who believes great design is more than aesthetics it's about solving problems, creating exceptional user experiences, and driving measurable business results.

If you have 5 years of experience, are an expert in Figma, and enjoy designing high-converting websites and digital experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

✨ Design modern websites and landing pages that convert

✨ Create intuitive user journeys and seamless user experiences

✨ Build scalable design systems and reusable component libraries

✨ Develop interactive prototypes and developer-ready Figma files

✨ Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and leadership to bring ideas to life

What We're Looking For:

✔ 5 years of UI/UX design experience

✔ Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants & Design Systems)

✔ Strong portfolio showcasing websites, landing pages, and responsive interfaces

✔ Deep understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and conversion-focused design

✔ Experience collaborating with development and marketing teams

Bonus Skills

➕ Experience with digital marketing or growth agencies

➕ Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows

➕ Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive development
