TeReSol Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in engineering (software & hardware) solutions, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Officer to join our dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records.
· Record journal entries and manage ledgers.
· Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
· Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
· Assist in preparing financial reports and audits.
· Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.
· Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
