SCADA Operator

We Are Hiring – SCADA Operator

At Bismillah Textiles Ltd, we are looking for a skilled and motivated SCADA Operator to join us in our Made-Ups (Home Textile) Division.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Monitor and operate the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

·        Respond promptly to alarms and system abnormalities, taking appropriate corrective actions or escalating issues when required.

·        Maintain accurate operational logs, shift reports, and system records.

·        Coordinate with the Maintenance and Engineering teams for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.

·        Ensure all equipment operates within specified parameters and report deviations immediately.

·        Monitor energy consumption and assist in optimizing utility performance.

·        Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies during plant operations.

·        Assist in system testing, calibration, and commissioning activities.

·        Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.

Requirements & Qualification:

·        DAE or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.

·        2–4 years of experience in SCADA operation within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

·        Sound knowledge of SCADA, PLC, HMI, and industrial automation systems.

·        Familiarity with electrical and instrumentation equipment.

·        Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
