About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a proactive and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our sales processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement sales processes from scratch, including prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and handovers for closing.
Establish systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and streamline workflows.
Collaborate with leadership to create a scalable, structured sales framework.
Utilize a provided client list to initiate outreach and manage potential client relationships.
Conduct high-quality sales calls with professionalism and a polished English accent.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects to increase conversions.
Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to drive engagement and closing rates.
Develop a systematic approach to tracking and managing follow-up activities.
Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to adjust strategies for better results.
Requirements:
Has 2+ years of experience.
Has proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Possesses high-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills and a clear, professional accent.
Is independent and proactive, able to work without constant supervision.
Can set up systems for lead generation and pipeline management from scratch.
Demonstrates strong follow-up skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to change quickly.
