Noxlumyn is looking for a Sales Specialist with at least 2-3 years of experience.


Location: Remote

Timings:

● International Working Hours | Night Shift

About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of our sales processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales processes from scratch, including prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and handovers for closing.

  • Establish systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and streamline workflows.

  • Collaborate with leadership to create a scalable, structured sales framework.

  • Utilize a provided client list to initiate outreach and manage potential client relationships.

  • Conduct high-quality sales calls with professionalism and a polished English accent.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects to increase conversions.

  • Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to drive engagement and closing rates.

  • Develop a systematic approach to tracking and managing follow-up activities.

  • Analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to adjust strategies for better results.

Requirements:

  • Has 2+ years of experience.

  • Has proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Possesses high-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills and a clear, professional accent.

  • Is independent and proactive, able to work without constant supervision.

  • Can set up systems for lead generation and pipeline management from scratch.

  • Demonstrates strong follow-up skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to change quickly.
