Sales & Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with the Sales and Service departments for scheduling, customer communication, and follow-ups

•Prepare and track quotations, purchase orders, and service reports

•Maintain CRM data and ensure timely updates of customer records

•Support documentation for installations, demos, and training

•Liaise with customers for service calls and spare part requirements

•Assist in generating reports for management and supplier correspondence

Requirements

Degree: Biomedical Engineering or Chemistry (from a reputable institute)

- Experience: Fresh graduates can apply, 1+ year experience is preferred

- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

Salary: Competitive based on experience, with travelling allowance and benefits
