Location: Remote
Work Hours: 8 PM – 5 AM (Pakistan Time)
Salary: 60K – 100K PKR + 💰 Commissions on every sale

🌟About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales Representative to handle and close leads from Upwork, Facebook Ads campaigns, and Bark. The ideal candidate will be highly fluent in English (both spoken and written), confident in client communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital sales environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound leads from Upwork, Bark, and Facebook campaigns.
Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and pitch solutions effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to maximize closing rates.
Report weekly on lead conversions and sales performance.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent in English (spoken and written – must have excellent communication skills).

Prior experience in sales or client handling (especially on platforms like Upwork/Bark).

Strong understanding of AI automation, website development, and design industry.

Tech-savvy with the ability to explain solutions clearly to clients.

Female candidates preferred.

Comfortable working night shifts (Pakistan time zone).
