Job Opportunity – Sales Representative

Location: HBCS, Gulberg Green, Islamabad

HBCS is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to close sales from already generated leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with potential customers from provided leads
Present and promote company services to prospective clients
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide feedback to improve sales strategies
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
Build strong client relationships for repeat business
Handle customer queries in a professional manner

Requirements:
1–2 years of sales experience (BPO / call center preferred)
Proven cold calling skills with good conversion rates
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
Good communication skills in English & Urdu
