HIRING: Business Development Executive
Risk Associates is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Development Executive with exceptional writing skills.ย
The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and supporting the sales team with well-researched, persuasive business content.

- Create, write, and tailor business proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks to client requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and project teams to gather accurate information for proposals.
- Draft client-facing documents including introductory emails, capability statements, and presentations.
- Maintain and update proposal content library and templates.
- Ensure high-quality and deadline-driven delivery of all business documentation.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and proposal writing (preferably in IT services).
- Excellent writing and communication skills โ ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive documents.
- Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Officeย
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
