✨ Position: Assistant Manager - HR
🎓 Qualification & Experience:
- BBA / MBA / MS (HRM) or Equivalent
- 03 - 04 Years of Relevant Experience in HR
Key Requirements:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, from on-boarding and transfers to confirmation and off-boarding.
- Act as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, advising on policies and employee matters.
- Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Support employee relations, performance management, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Ensure consistent policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards on key workforce metrics.
- Support employee engagement, retention, recognition, and organizational development initiatives.
📍 Location: Faisalabad
