Manager - Offline Operations

OPPO Pakistan is Hiring for OPPO Headoffice Lahore.

Position: Manager - Offline Operations

Chinese language: HSK Level 4-5 is a must

Location: Lahore - Regional Travel Required

Salary bracket: 140-170k

Experience: 2-3 years of managerial experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store & Service Audits

 Conduct on-site visits to regional stores and after-sales service outlets. Inspect SOP implementation, service quality, premises condition, and staff performance. Generate visit reports and identify operational risks.

2. Customer Feedback & Complaint Handling

 Collect low-NPS feedback and customer complaints from stores. Categorize issues, do root-cause analysis, and create rectification plans. Follow up on it.

3. Performance Analytics

 Track store performance metrics. Go beyond data sync - independently analyze data, identify business issues, and propose improvement suggestions to management.

4. Training & Offline Activities

 Organize training for store staff and engineers. Drive implementation of service standards and assessment policies and should have good communication skills.

5. Communication & Reporting

 Liaise with the Chinese management team. Chinese communication is required.

 Coordinate with local store managers, engineers, and other functions. 

 Compile weekly and monthly reports. Create operational documents in both Chinese and English/Urdu.

6. Other Duties 

 Complete other offline operation tasks assigned by superiors.
