TechBrix is looking for a Sales Officer – HRMS & IT Solutions with 5+ years of experience in IT/HRMS sales across Pakistan, UAE, and Africa.
If you are passionate about driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding into international markets — we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for IT & HRMS solutions (prospecting → pitching → closing).
🔹 Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
🔹 Build long-term relationships with decision-makers & enterprise clients.
🔹 Develop market entry strategies for UAE & Africa.
🔹 Prepare proposals, RFPs, and maintain accurate CRM sales pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of IT/HRMS B2B sales experience
✅ Strong consultative selling, negotiation & closing skills
✅ Proven record of exceeding targets (120%+)
✅ International exposure (UAE & Africa preferred)
✅ Excellent communication & presentation skills
