🎯 What You’ll Do
✅ Lead digital & offline sales/marketing campaigns
✅ Generate & convert leads via Upwork, LinkedIn & outreach
✅ Manage CRM pipelines & maintain accurate records
✅ Own full sales cycle — discovery, pitch, close, retain
✅ Create pitch decks, emails, case studies & content
✅ Collaborate with design, tech & leadership teams
✅ Track KPIs, A/B test, and optimize campaigns
✅ Represent Octane 8 in meetings & business events

🔍 What We’re Looking For
✅ 2–4 years in sales, marketing, or client acquisition
✅ Strong B2B sales skills & outreach strategies
✅ Tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, Mailchimp, Canva
✅ Proven success in closing high-value deals
✅ Excellent English communication & pitching skills
✅ Data-driven mindset & proactive attitude
✅ Self-starter with ownership & adaptability
