Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets across North & Central Pakistan.
*Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the Banking, Multinational Conglomerate, and Government industries.
*Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations to close deals.
*Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
*Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide actionable insights.
*Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
*Ensure timely reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
*8+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably in banking, corporate, or government sectors.
*Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and relationship management.
*Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and deliver on revenue targets.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Strong business acumen and ability to influence decision-makers at senior levels.
*Willingness to travel frequently across North & Central Pakistan.
