Sales Executive - Healthcare IT

We’re Hiring | Sales Executive - Healthcare IT | Karachi & Lahore

iTack Solutions is looking for results-driven Sales Executives - Healthcare IT to drive B2B sales of our HIS, EMR, and HMS solutions across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare organizations.

📍 Locations: Karachi & Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new B2B sales opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, networking, and field visits

• Identify and acquire healthcare organizations as customers

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals

• Manage negotiations and close deals

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, weekly reports, and forecasts

• Coordinate with Implementation and Customer Success teams for client onboarding

• Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities

• Represent the company at healthcare events, exhibitions, and networking activities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience

• Experience in HIS, HMS, EMR/EHR, Healthcare IT, HealthTech, ERP, SaaS, or Software Sales preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

• Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle

• Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face client meetings

• Ability to engage with hospital management and key decision-makers

• CRM and sales pipeline management experience preferred

• Existing healthcare/hospital network will be an advantage
