Job Title: Sales Executive (Night Shift)
📍 Location: G-8 Markaz, Islamabad
🕕 Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (On-site)

About the Role:

Codonomy is hiring a Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping us scale our product reach across global markets.
This is a full-time, on-site night shift position — perfect for professionals who are confident in communication, motivated by results, and ready to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into clients
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage prospects
Deliver engaging product presentations and demos
Maintain a strong and organized sales pipeline
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and generate reports for performance tracking
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in tech or B2B)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and proactive in nature
Comfortable working night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM)
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
